Responsibilities
As a Social Media Assistant, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager to contribute to the growth and impact of our organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Content Planning: Collaborate on developing a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our organizational goals.
Analytics and Goal Setting: Assist in analyzing social media analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Contribute to setting and tracking social media goals.
SEO: Implement basic SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility and reach a wider audience.
Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging and impactful content, including graphics, captions, and multimedia elements.
Scheduling Posts: Help manage the social media calendar and schedule posts across various platforms.
Qualifications: We are looking for a proactive individual with the following qualifications:
- Some experience in social media management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Passion for women’s rights, climate resilience and social justice movements.
